The Indonesian Polymer Association (HPI) is a professional organization that connects scientists, engineers, academics, and industry practitioners involved in the field of polymers in Indonesia.

Founded to foster collaboration and facilitate knowledge exchange, HPI plays a key role in advancing research, innovation, and the sustainable application of polymer science and technology.

HPI was officially established on July 1, 1992, at the Grand Hotel Preanger in Bandung, Indonesia, as declared by Dr. Nilyardi Kahar.

To be a leading association that fosters innovation, collaboration, and sustainable development in the field of polymers for the benefit of science, society, and industry in Indonesia.

Mission
