Registration

IPST 2016 is now open for registration. If you plan to submit an abstract, you will first need to register for the conference.

A confirmation email indicating a successful registration will be sent to the email address you have specified. Please click the link in the email to activate your account. Otherwise, you could not submit your abstract.

The early-bird registration will only be accepted when full payment has been received before August 31, 2016.

Payment Entitlements

  • Participants/delegates are charged based on their institution/affiliation not nationality
  • The payment has been made before August 31, 2016 is considered as Early Bird Registration
  • Cancellations are not allowed, and return of payment is not possible.
  • The Registration Fee should be excluded the transfer fee and bank charges.
  • Tour to Lake Toba, Samosir Island, Medan is optional.

Full Delegates (International, Local, Industry and Students) Registration Includes:

  • Attendance at all scientific sessions and exhibition
  • Name badge, seminar kit, program book, and certificate
  • Refreshment and lunch
  • Conference banquet

Accompanying Person Registration Includes:
